Congratulations to Columbus Short. The 33-year-old former ‘Scandal’ actor is engaged AND expecting a child Aida Abramyan.
According to multiple reports, they have been involved with each other for years and will marry before their new bundle of joy arrives in January.
Columbus was married to Brandi Short, but split from her in 2003. They have one son together. He was married to dancer Tanee McCall in 2005. In September 2013, she filed for divorce, and again filed for divorce in April 2014. They have one daughter, Ayala, together.

Earlier this year, he split from author and entrepreneur Karrine Steffans. Karrine got a temporary restraining order against him over claims he broke down a door in her home and threatened her 18-year-old son. At this point, he claimed that the two were not in fact married, though they had previously said they were. Nonetheless, we wish Columbus and Aida the best!

People move on so fast from relationships it’s crazy. If this was a woman that you were married to or pretended to be married to, how have you already moved on from and impregnated another woman in under a year? Not to mention his alcohol or drug issues? Wtf?
