Teyana Taylor Reveals Secret To Her Insanely Fit Body

Teyana Taylor served some serious body goals recently, while starring in Kanye West’s new video ‘Fade’. The 25-year-old singer, danced up a sweat wearing next to nothing, leaving fans and critics inspired to hit the gym. In a new interview, Taylor explains how she stays fit.

Dancing is my workout. I just dance. I almost feel like dance is so underrated in the fitness world.

A source reaffirms this form of fitness, saying

Teyana Taylor has always just had a crazy dope body and the way she ‘works out’ is dancing in the studio. That’s her workout.

However, she doesn’t diet, saying she “eats everything” so don’t worry about starving yourself. An insider also adds,

Eating healthy is not her thing. She is the kind of girl that eats donuts and candy for breakfast. She just doesn’t gain weight.

Taylor said she only had three weeks prior to shooting, to make sure her body was perfect, but was pleased with the end result.

I was shaking, excited, nervous and all that other good stuff. When I saw it, I was just as in shock as everyone else, because I didn’t see the final product until he premiered it.

    I don’t think in her case its lipo. I think she just have a naturally fit body. Some people have it…but most of us don’t. I’ve always known her to be slim when we were younger.

    see if she still has the same diet AND weight

    Yep .. the combination of her age, a super metabolism, and consistent exercise. She does appear to be naturally slim.
