The abuse is not alleged because he issued a public apology when Straight Outta Compton came out

It says alleged because there was never an official report, which is the right thing to say when you are a journalist!

I know that but you can’t get anymore official than a confession and apology for the actual crime. By your definition, the acts of Bundy, Manson, Dahmer, Gacy and Capone are all alleged and we know that is not the case.
