Kim Kardashian Suffers From Anxiety
Kim Kardashian suffers from anxiety. The reality star revealed this on a recent episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Kim’s sister, Kendall Jenner, also has issues with anxiety. During the episode, Kim explains that she experiences anxiety when she’s driving.
I’ve been having anxiety lately. I am not this person.
She tells her mother Kris Jenner,
My mind does go crazy.
Kris responded,
When you get into your own head it’s scary and you don’t want to let it get to the next step. That’s debilitating… and you can’t live life.
Kris adds,
It’s really ironic that Kim and Kendall are going through similar things. Maybe there’s a way they can help each other manage their anxiety.
Later in the episode, both Kim and Kendall to discuss their symptoms and personal anxieties with a therapist. Kim tells the camra.
I really pride myself in fully having my sh– together all the time. With how bad things are with Kendall, she has to get this under control.
She admits
I think about it all the time, it drives me crazy. I just want to get passed my anxiety and live life… I never had anxiety and I want to take back my life.
