Brandy Takes Shots At Monica

Apparently, the feud continues between Brandy Norwood and Monica Brown. As you know, for years there have been rumors that the soulful singers didn’t get along. And things seem to have sparked again. Last night, during Brandy’s performance on the Soul Train Awards, it appears that she took a few shots at Monica. While performing her hit single ‘Talk About Our Love‘, Brandy changed the lyrics singing:

it’s always something, talking ish again
then you’re whole fanbase jumps in
now the whole ‘grams buzzing

Based on the lyrics, it’s assumed that Brandy’s referencing the back and forth on social media that their fans seem to partake in.  See the clip below.

Brandy also posted a message about the late Whitney Houston. Some suggest that she also took a dig at Monica, who also had a relationship with the late singer.
