“Beaches” Trailer

The first trailer for Lifetime’s upcoming remake of “Beaches” has been released. Starring Idina Menzel (“Frozen”) and Nia Long (“The Best Man”), the reboot chronicles the lifelong friendship between two women (originally played by Bette Midler and Barbara Hershey), which takes a tragic turn when one of them is diagnosed with a terminal illness. The movie premieres Saturday, Jan. 21 on Lifetime.
