Tomi Lahren Calls Black Lives Matter The New KKK

Conservative commentator Tomi Lahren is making headlines today, after her appearance last night on the “Daily Show”. Host Trevor Noah and Tomi debated on everything from Colin Kaepernick, Beyonce, KKK and the Black Lives Matter movement. Tomi argued that the “the Black Lives Matter movement is the new KKK” are based in any racial bias. She stated,

Because I criticized a black person or the Black Lives Matter movement doesn’t mean I’m anti-black. It doesn’t mean I don’t like black people or that I’m racist. I don’t see color. I go after Hillary Clinton and she’s as white as they come.

Noah paused for a second and asked,

You don’t see color? So what do you do at a traffic light? There’s nothing wrong with seeing color, it’s how you treat color that’s important.

Tomi added that being critical of BLM doesn’t make her racist:

I wish that we could disagree with each other without thinking that we are bad people or ill-intentioned folks. So because I criticize a black person or I criticize the Black Lives Matter movement, that doesn’t mean I’m anti-black. It does not mean that I don’t like black people or that I am a racist, it means I’m criticizing a movement.
