Keshia Knight-Pulliam Wants Ed Hartwell In Jail

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Keisha Knight-Pulliam has returned to court pleading with the judge to throw her soon-to-be ex-husband Ed Hartwell in jail. The actress accuses him of being a hypocrite by demanding a DNA test be done to determine if he is the father of her unborn baby, yet he has refused to submit to his DNA test along with failing to pay her for the prenatal costs for the baby.

Here’s the latest: This week, Keisha went back to court accusing Ed of refusing to take the DNA test he demanded in the paternity suit he filed. She explains that her lawyers have sent eight emails to Hartwell’s lawyer – the last one on October 24th – asking for confirmation on whether he had taken or paid his share of costs for the prenatal paternity test and submitted his DNA sample as promised. They threatened to file a motion for contempt if he had not complied. Further, they wanted to know if he had transferred the titles of the martial guns out of his name and into her name per the court order.

Hartwell’s lawyer did not respond to either question by Pulliam’s lawyer. Keisha accuses Ed of failing to execute the documents to transfer the titles for the guns – which she says makes him in contempt of the court order – and he has failed to pay his ½ of the parental expenses for their unborn child.

In regards to the DNA test, Keisha says he demanded the test in a despicable manner by including embarrassing and false allegations in his original complaint. She explains their DNA tests had to be done in close time proximate to each other and she submitted hers on October 10th.

She wants the judge to throw Ed in jail until he purges himself of contempt by paying his share of the pre-natal paternity testing costs, submit his DNA test, pay for ½ of the pre-natal expenses for their unborn child and transfer the tittles for their guns.

The actress is requesting the judge fine Ed a total of $1k as a punishment for each instance of his contemptuous behavior along with $15k for her attorney fees.

Here’s the backstory: Keshia filed docs in the case demanding Ed be found in contempt unless he follows the terms of their temporary agreement, in which he was to pay her for certain moving expenses and costs related to her pregnancy. She is also unpleased that he has yet to submit to the DNA test as well.

As previously reported, Keshia has blasted her estranged husband by accusing him of adultery, and flaunting his extra-marital relationship with a woman named Tonya Carroll on social media. Check out the alleged receipts.

She says as evidenced by photographs and comments – which she attached to her motion – show Ed and Tonya have taken trips to visit his family in his hometown of Las Vegas and have allowed their respective children to witness their adulterous behavior at various events, and they comment suggestively on each other’s social media photos further publicizing their illicit relationship, all while he is still married to her while she is pregnant with his unborn child.

Further she adds,

To make matters worse, Petitioner has failed to pay his share of prenatal medical bills for the parties’ unborn child, including the fees for DNA testing which Petitioner demanded.

Keisha says while Ed is running around with his mistress, he left her with a plethora of bills and move-out expenses from their former martial home and he refuses to reimburse her.

On November 14th, Ed repsonded saying that he has paid everything he was responsible for pursuant to the Court Order.

Ed accuses Keisha of trying to portray him having an alleged mistress – while she is pregnant at home with his unborn child – as her seeking media attention. He even admitted his estranged wife has demanded more money than he was ordered to pay, but denies he is responsible for the bills she wants him to cover.
