Sarah Jessica Parker Spills The Tea On 3rd “Sex & The City” Movie
SJP Gives A “Sex & The City” Update
Sarah Jessica Parker is giving “Sex & The City” fans an update on the potential of a third movie happening. And unfortunately, it doesn’t look to promising. During a recent interview, SJP noted that SATC 3 may be in the pipeline, but not in the immediate future.
The truth of the matter is there is no script. There’s never been a script. The idea remains a real possibility but when is the right time? I guess that’s what it all boils down to—when! So we’ll see.
She added,
I don’t tease. I’m asked the question and keep trying to find new ways of answering because it’s so boring or [not] to crush this idea of another film.
Sex and the City is a 2008 romantic comedy film written and directed by Michael Patrick King in his feature film directorial debut, and a sequel to the 1998-2004 HBO comedy series of the same name (itself based on the book of the same name by Candace Bushnell) about four female friends: Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker), Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall), Charlotte York Goldenblatt (Kristin Davis), and Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon). A sequel to the film, entitled Sex and the City 2, was released in 2010.
