Is there any room for political correctness when it comes to comedy? Steve Harvey is coming under fire for joking and/or low-key mocking Asian men. Last week on the Steve Harvey Show, the TV host/comedian did a segment poking fun of self-help books. One included a book titled How to Date a White Woman: A Practical Guide for Asian Men. While discussing the book, Harvey clowned the thought that a white woman would find Asian men attractive. He joked,

Excuse me, do you like Asian men? No. Thank you.

He then joked that black women wouldn’t be attracted to Asian men, either.

How to Date a Black Woman: A Practical Guide to Asian Men. Same thing. You like Asian men? I don’t even like Chinese food. It don’t stay with you no time … I don’t eat what I can’t pronounce.
