It’s NBA’s All-Star Weekend, which means a number of celebrities have flocked to New Orleans for the festivities. On Friday night, we spotted Jay Z with Jay Electronica.

Saturday afternoon, we spotted Solange Knowles (who lives in New Orleans) and her son Juelz dinning with Beyonce, Jay Z and their daughter Blue Ivy.
