Hill Harper Joins Medical Drama Pilot ‘The Good Doctor’
Hill Harper is heading back to the small screen. The CSI:NY alum is joining the cast of ABC’s medical drama pilot The Good Doctor. Peep the official description below.
The Good Doctor centers on Dr. Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore), a brilliant young surgeon with autism who is recruited into the pediatric surgical unit at the prestigious San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital. Hill will play Dr. Horace Andrews, the head of surgery at the hospital. Keng is Dr. Elle McLean, a resident at the hospital.
Hill starred as Dr. Sheldon Hawkes on the CBS hit series CSI: NY for nine seasons. Last year, he joined the cast of Homeland currently airing on Showtime. He is also known for his roles in the films “In Too Deep,” “The Skulls,” “For Colored Girls” and will star in the upcoming Tupac Shakur biopic “All Eyez On Me.”
