A plastic surgeon is booty-shaming Kim Kardashian West. This week, photos surfaced of the Keeping Up With the Kardashian reality star on a beach in Mexico. Wearing a vintage Dior bikini, all eyes were on Kim K’s curves and backside. Boris Comestic’s, a well-known cosmetic surgeon in in Southern California, took the opportunity to criticize Kim’s “Diaper Butt” and noted how natural their surgically enhanced backsides are. The IG post stated,
