R. Kelly is paying Bill Cosby’s lawyer a serious coin for her services. Reportedly, the singer has secured Monique Pressley for crisis communications services, allegedly paying her $50,000 for a month.

Pressley is said to assist Kelly in his latest controversy, in which multiple families’ claims that he is housing their daughters in Chicago and Atlanta, where he brainwashes them and “records” them in sexual encounters. A source says that

R. Kelly’s publicist Trevian Kutti says in a statement,

Mr. Robert Kelly is both alarmed and disturbed by the recent revelations attributed to him. Mr. Kelly unequivocally denies such accusations and will work diligently and forcibly to pursue his accusers and clear his name.

Meanwhile, the singer’s ticket sales have suffered since the controversy. Reportedly, concert dates in Dallas, New Orleans and Baton Rouge, La., have been canceled due to low ticket sales.
