Usher Raymond is making a rare, semi-public appearance since the latest controversy surrounding him. On Friday (August 11th), the 38-year-old singer was spotted by photogs in West Hollywood having lunch at Alred Coffee. He was joined by producer, Jermaine Dupri, who was not photographed.

Usher has maintained a relatively low profile, since news hit that he was being sued by a woman who claims the singer did not disclose his STD status.

Usher is said to be spending time in LA, working on a new project with JD.

To date, Usher, nor his camp have commented publicly.
