NeNe Leakes Producers Scrambling To Find Uber Rape Footage
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, producers have every intention of trying to include the uber rape comment controversy that plagued NeNe Leakes earlier this month. As you know, the Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star faced backlash after she told an audience member that she hoped that she was raped by her Uber driver. See the clip.
Sources tell us that RHOA producers are scrambling to try and get licensing permission to air it on the upcoming season of the show.
They want to add it as part of her storyline this season. NeNe doesn’t want it on the show.
As previously reported, NeNe has since apologized for the joke via a statement on social media.
She also tearfully explained what triggered the comment. See the footage below.
NeNe was fired from her Xscape Tour hosting gig over the situation.
Sources tell us,
She’s done an uber joke in the past, but it didn’t include the rape part. Obviously, the joke went too far and NeNe knows that.
