Love & Hip Hop EP Mona Scott-Young: I do NOT support hate in any form!
Mona Scott-Young Denounces Hate Amidst Hazel-E Controversy
Mona Scott-Young is officially announcing hate of any kind. The Love & Hip Hop executive producer took to social media, writing:
For the avoidance of further speculation, I do not support hate in ANY form towards ANYone. To translate Galatians 3:28 and Romans 2:11 “It is never about race but simply about grace and we are all one…and seen as equal in God’s sight. For God shows no partiality.”…and neither should we.
She continued,
Furthermore, business belongs in the boardroom- not on the blogs. Please stop expecting me to conduct BUSINESS on SOCIAL media. Like I said before #ActionsSpeakLouderThanWords
While she did not directly confirm whom the post was directed at, it’s widely speculated that she may be referring to the controversy surrounding Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood cast member, Hazel-E. As previously reported, Hazel made headlines for making negative comments about gays and dark skinned women. [Click here for the backstory]. The post, which was shared by her boyfriend, was later deleted.
She also apologized.
