Congratulations to Phaedra Parks! The reality star is now adding model to her resume. Despite her departure from Real Housewives of Atlanta, she’s snagged a new job and has signed on with Wilhelmina Models.

She says of her goals for modeling,
I think I’m the face of “yes you can.” I’m a small town girl who has followed her dreams. Yes you can be a mom, yes you can be a lawyer and yes you can be a model. When the opportunity presented itself some people asked me “Why?’ and I said “Why not?” A supermodel started this company and she wanted to give power back to the women and I think I stand for the same things. I have the opportunity to show people that beauty can come in every size, shade, color and age. It’s exciting and an adventure!

When asked what her dream campaign is, she explains,
Well I would love be the face of skin care brand. I have great skin, I love makeup, but I love to be able to take off the makeup and have beautiful skin. I also think a lot of girls are looking on Instagram for an idealized standard of beauty that requires a lot of makeup. Those are not the faces of what real women look like.
She says of showing some skin and taking it off for the camera,
I don’t mind baring it all, I have been wearing g-strings and baring it all really every season for seven years. I had two children on national T.V. I love nudity! I’ve brought a lot of exotic entertainers on the show, so I love my body and I’ve got curves. I’m a mother of two children, so I’m not perfect, but I have no problem getting naked.

where was her business acumen when her huzzzzband was bringing home large sums of money but in the house all day?
What is wrong with you guys? What does have to do with what she attained independent of, before and after her husband? If a husband can carry on a whole affair and his wife be none the wiser, then he can definately pretend as though he has business dealings that generate a LEGAL income. Not to mention, women are expecting her to do something they themselves wouldn’t do (not spend whatever money their husband/partner brings home, regardless of how he is getting it, as long as it don’t get her in trouble). What woman sits around and baby sits her partner all day? USE SOME COMMON SENSE. I doubt he was in the house all day. Not to mention, what type of man would Apollo be if he put her in a position to be away from her children, without either parent? As a woman who was seen maintaining a legal business, while earning another degree to build another business, while being pregnant and birthing and also developing mentoring programs for the youth, I can give her KUDOS for that.
Phaedra is trying everything but Lawyering, next we will hear that she is trying porn…after all she is always shaking her butt and showing her body. Phaedra needs to stop lying like she done on Kandi.

I am not talking about what Phaedra does. I’m talking about what other people do. And other people bash her and write the nastiest things anytime there is an article that mentions her name. It sucks her friendships went they way they did but people need to move on, because she does plenty of positive and even if the other women don’t like her, they can’t deny that. And even Kandi said that.

So, she likes to be naked & thinks she has a great body & skin. That is a matter of opinion. I don’t wanna see her naked myself maybe she should do porn or open a nude colony or something. I like Phaedra, I’m rooting for her. Its unfair to blame her for everything that went down on RHOA. All those women & men (Todd) talked shut about each other all the time. Phaedra got caught up, sexual assault is a touchy issue, so when she went there, all bets were off.
