It was very rough for them to stay married. It took Beyoncé a long time to trust again. She was struggling to move on and forgive. But keeping her family together was very important.
Their daughter, Blue Ivy, is said to have been the couple’s saving grace. A source says,

I don’t for one moment believe they stayed together just for the sake of their children. I believe they genuinely love each other and neither was ready to walk away. I am happy that they chose to act like adults and work through their issues instead of feeding their egos.
I bet both have grown from their predicament and will be better spouses to each other now and their kids will thrive because of it.
