Naya Rivera Files For Divorce For A 2nd Time

Naya Rivera is pulling the plug on her marriage. Reportedly, she has filed for divorce from her husband Ryan Dorsey. The filing comes a week after she was arrested for allegedly hitting him. She cites irreconcilable differences and wants joint custody of their 2-year-old, Josey. She also wants the court to block either of them from getting spousal support.

This isn’t the first time that the Glee actress has filed. In November 2016, she filed for divorce, but later dismissed it.

As previously reported, she was arrested over Thanksgiving weekend for domestic battery after allegedly hitting Ryan in the head over a dispute involving their son.
