Fabolous Officially Charged For Allegedly Beating Emily B, May Face 3 to 5 Years
Fabolous has officially been charged for allegedly physically attacking his baby mama, former Love & Hip Hop: NY reality star Emily B. If charged, he could face some time behind bars. According to Bossip,
The rapper is now facing one count of aggravated assault in the third degree as well as one count of making terroristic threats, also in the third degree, according to his complaint and summons. According Fab’s complaint, Emily B said her sons’ father committed domestic violence against her, punching her in the head seven times, “causing severe damage to her two front teeth,” which later had to be medically removed.

The father of two also texted Emily to “inform her that he would hit her in the head with a baseball bat,” and after he tried to obtain a handgun that had been removed, “informed the victim that he had a bullet for her,” his complaint says. A spokeswoman for the prosecutor confirmed Monday that the initial charges still stood.

If he’s convicted, he could face three to five years in state prison along with up to $15,000 in fines for the aggravated assault charge alone. Click here for the full story.

This coward will never be convicted for beating Emily, because she won’t appear in court and will beg the courts to drop the charges against him. I believe that this isn’t the first lick that she has taken from him; and that’s why her father called this punk a coward. The prosecutor will eventually drop the charges.
But if they have pictures and medical records providing proof of the assault. the state can still move forward with convicting him without her cooperation.

Yep. At some point, they had to have spoken with her. So even if she withdraws her support, they’ll still have that statement, plus the pics and medical reports you mentioned. My HOPE is that with all being out there now, she’ll finally have the strength (and sense) to leave him for good. It’s a lot easier to forgive and shut up and deal when it’s your little secret.
