Cardi B Announces Pregnancy: I’m Finally Free!

It’s one of the worst kept secrets ever, but she’s finally confirming the news. Earlier this year, rumors began circulating that Cardi B (born Belcalis Almanzar), was pregnant with her first child with rapper/fiance Offset.

The 25-year-old Bronx native confirmed the speculation showing off her growing baby bump Saturday night, while performing on SNL. Afterward, backstage she celebrated happily saying,

I’m finally free.

Rumors that she may be pregnant began in February. However, she adamantly denied that she was pregnant, saying that she was just putting on natural weight. This will be Cardi’s first child and her fiance Offset’s second. Congrats to them!
