Lebron James Sued For Allegedly Stealing ‘Barbershop’ Talk Show Idea
LeBron James is being sued over claims that his media platform UNINTERRUPTED stole its idea for a barbershop-themed roundtable show. Adventure Enterprises claims that they pitched the NBA star on the idea and had several discussions with UNINTERRUPTED. They say that James and UNINTERRUPTED created their own show based on a similar idea called The Shop.
They are seeking an injunction preventing any more episodes and is seeking cash. James’ business partner Maverick Carter is also named on the lawsuit. A person close to James claims the lawsuit has no merit. No further details about the lawsuit have been released.
