Kelis Hides Her Children’s Faces

On Father’s Day, singer turned chef Kelis Rogers shared a sweet photo of her husband, Mike Mora and her sons, Shepherd and Knight, one of whom she had while married to her ex-husband Nas. In
the picture, Kelis placed a blue heart emoji on each of her children’s faces. She captioned the photo:

Happy Father’s Day @mikemora, Sheepy, Knight, and I are so happy to have you in our lives. XOXO

Now if you are in avid follower of Kelis, you’re quite aware that Kelis doesn’t share her children’s faces on social media.

In 2016, she had a brief exchange with a social media user, explaining why she hides her children from the public.

I don’t show them because they are treasures and not for sale. And these are my choices and one day when they are old enough, I will support them.
