YBN Almighty Jay, Nahmir and Cordae Sign To J. Prince’s Rap-A-Lot Records
Blac Chyna’s Ex YBN Almighty Jay Signs To J. Prince’s Rap-A-Lot Records
YBN stands for “Young Boss Ni–as” and these young artists are making big moves. YBN Nahmir is best known for his single “Rubbin Off the Paint”, which peaked at 46 on the Billboard Hot 100. YBN Almighty Jay’s current single called is “2 Tone Drip.” He also had a three month long relationship with former Rob & Chyna reality star Blac Chyna. YBN Cordae, has a hot song called “Fighting Temptations” out now. YBN is on the rise, and their latest venture may take the team over the top.
Rap-A-Lot Records CEO James Prince (J. Prince) has been hard at work promoting his memoir “Respect,” so it may surprise some that he has time to keep his ear to the streets, with regards to music. The rap mogul, who was instrumental in the careers of rap vets like Mr. Scarface, Willie Dee, Bushwick Bill, Pimp C, Devin the Dude and more, seemingly has gotten bitten by the music bug again. Today via Instagram, the Houston native showed off his newest signees – YBN. He captioned,
Me and my son @babyjayprince welcome the YBN family @ybnnahmir @ybnalmightyjay@ybncordae to the Rap A Lot New Wave
The guys from YBN shared the same picture with J.Prince to their social media as well.
