Mathew Knowles – People Said My New Marriage Would Only Last 6 Months, We’re Married 5 Years!
Mathew Knowles informed his followers he will be celebrating his five year anniversary over the weekend. After he and Beyonce and Solange Knowles mother Tina Lawson divorced in 2011, he got remarried in 2013 to Gena Charmaine Avery, a former model and realtor. In a new video Knowles gets personal about the latest milestone in his marriage. Standing next to a black and white photo of his new wife, he captions the video with,
My wife and I are leaving today to go on our 5th wedding anniversary to our secret location to renew our vows. Cheers to another 5 years.
In the video he gives thanks for the love he’s received and what’s to come within this highlight of their marriage,
We leave today to go on our anniversary – that’s our fifth, year anniversary. Although some people gave us six months. It’s been a wonderful, incredible, loving five years. And we’ll share some of that with you. We’ll renew our vowels, we’ll share some other activities with you. Really excited about going to our secret place, not going to tell you. You’ll have to figure that one out!
