YG Arrested & Charged With Felony Robbery For Snatching Man’s Chain & Running
YG is facing felony charges for an incident that occurred at a Las Vegas casino in May.
According to reports, a man approached the Compton rapper for a photo at the Cosmopolitan around 4am, but was denied. He then told YG that he was not a real celebrity to which YG allegedly retaliated by yanking the man’s chain off of his neck.
Amidst the chaos, the chain fell to the ground and YG is reportedly seen on surveillance footage picking the chain up off the ground and taking off.
The chain is reportedly valued between $3,000 and $9,000. The rapper is facing a felony robbery charge. He turned himself in on Thursday and was released on $20,000 bail.
The man is also suing YG for $250,000, claiming the rapper had his entourage beat him up.
