Tekashi 6ix9ine Hospitalized After Being Pistol-Whipped, Kidnapped And Robbed

Tekashi 6ix9ine isn’t having the best few weeks. Earlier this month, he was arrested over the 2017 assault of a 16-year-old in Texas and now he’s been hospitalized after allegedly being pistol-whipped, robbed an kidnapped in Brooklyn.

There are two conflicting stories surrounding what transpired. According to a source, the incident occurred early Sunday morning around 4 am after the rapper was completing a music video shoot. Tekashi 6ix9ine drove to his home and when he arrived, another vehicle pulled up, blocking his driveway. Three hooded men then exited their vehicle, pistol-whipped Tekashi and knocked him unconscious.

Tekashi woke up in the back of the vehicle with the gunmen threatening to kill him if he didn’t give up his money and jewelry. Two of the gunmen went into the rapper’s home, taking about $750k in jewelry and between $15k and $20k in cash. Reportedly, Tekashi’s baby mama and daughter were also in the home, but were not hurt.

The gunmen drove away with the rapper in the back seat, but somehow he managed to open the back door and escape.  He then jumped in the passenger seat of a stranger’s vehicle and pleaded for help.  The stranger then called 911.

Tekashi tells the story slightly differently. He says that he was a passenger in a Chevy Tahoe at an intersection, sitting at a red light when a vehicle bumped them from behind.  Two gunmen exited the vehicle, came up to the car Tekashi was in and stole the driver’s cell phone before grabbing Tekashi and dragging him into their car. They then drove to Tekashi’s house where he called his baby mama to bring down his money and jewelry. He managed to escape soon after and checked himself into a hospital. He spoke to cops about the incident, but then became uncooperative and checked himself out.

Since his release, he’s been on social media and jokingly commented on a social media post that Nicki Minaj shared promoting their new music. He also shared a video on social media. See the post below and slide to the right for the video.
