EXCLUSIVE: Vic Mensa & Empire Actress Serayah Spotted Booed-Up In Chicago [New Couple Alert?]

theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports one of our favorite Empire actresses and a Chicago rapper may be dating. Sources tell us that the busy work lives of actress/singer Serayah and Vic Mensa brought them both to Chicago this weekend…or did it? The two entertainers were spotted at the first date of Jay Z and Beyoncé’s back-to-back “On the Run II Tour” Chicago dates.

Vic Mensa, who is a Chicago native and RocNation artist, performed as DJ Khaled’s surprise guest along with fellow Chitown native, Chance the Rapper.

Serayah posted videos to her Instagram story, admiring the show.

Fellow “Empire” star Taraji P. Henson and her fiancé, along with comedian DeRay Davis were spotted enjoying the show, too.

However, we don’t believe Vic and Serayah’s “On the Run” sightings were a coincidence. Sources spotted the pair standing outside of the concert venue, Soldier Field, getting extremely friendly.

“Serayah was standing in between Vic Mensa’s legs while he sat on the edge of a curb outside of the show.”

Ironically, they were both a part of Chicago’s Bud Billiken parade the next morning. Serayah captioned a photo posing with “Empire” co-star, Tarhonda:

Vic Mensa didn’t have as peachy of an experience at the parade. He posted this caption, hinting at an altercation with the Chicago Police Department:

“@vicmensa I was the Grand Marshall of the Bud Billiken parade today (largest black parade in America). It was beautiful. Chicago Police Department threatened to arrest me & tow my bike because I had a group of activists carrying a CONVICT JASON VAN DYKE banner ????? Then we gave out 1000 backpacks to the kids ? THERES A LOT OF HATE BUT LOVE IS THE STRONGEST AMMO!”

Both of the entertainers have managed to keep their love loves under wraps. Serayah has been previously linked to rapper Wale and her “Empire” co-star Bryshere “Yazz” Gray. Vic came under fire with fans last year after revealing a Caucasian girlfriend. He thanked her for her support with this emotional caption:
