Emily B’s Father Willing To Testify On Fabolous’ Behalf In Domestic Violence Case, Couple NOT Married
New details are surfacing concerning Fabolous (real name John David Jackson) and his girlfriend/rumored wife Emily B’s (real name Emily Bustamante) domestic violence case. Earlier this month, the 40-year-old rapper was reportedly indicted by a grand jury in New Jersey on four felony charges. The indictment came after it was uncovered he allegedly assaulted the former Love & Hip Hop star and an incident caught on video back in March 28th, showed Fab confronting Emily’s father, threatening to shoot him.
As you know, Fab and Emily have since worked out their differences and remain together. According to new reports, Fab has also repaired his relationship with Emily’s father, so much so that her dad is willing to testify on behalf of the rapper if the case goes to trial.
Fab has been charged with one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill, and one count of possession of a weapon. According to reports, each charge may allow Fab up to five years in prison and are considered third-degree crimes in the state of NJ.
As far as marriage rumors, reports claim that they are NOT married. To date, Emily nor Fab have yet to comment as to whether or not they’ve secretly jumped the broom.
