Fabolous Charged w/ 4 Felony Charges For Allegedly Assaulting Emily B, Could Face Years In Prison
Fabolous Faces Up To 20 Years In Prison If Found Guilty
Fabolous has been indicted by a grand jury in New Jersey on four felony charges. The indictment comes after it was uncovered the rapper allegedly assaulted his rumored wife, Emily B. Earlier this year, Fab was hit with a domestic violence case for allegedly repeatedly punching the former Love & Hip Hop reality star in the face, resulting in knocking out two of her front teeth. In addition to that, a video of a shouting match between Emily and Fab surfaced online, where the rapper was caught acting aggressively with a pair of scissors.

In July, an update on the case was provided, and Fab confirmed he would not be pleading guilty and refused to take a plea deal. As reported previously, Fabolous and Emily are presumably still together following this wicked showdown. The reality star has also been spotted going to court with Fabolous, along with her daughter.
The Brooklyn rapper is being charged with one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill, and one count of possession of a weapon. According to reports, each charge can allow Fab up to five years in prison and are considered third-degree crimes in the state of NJ.
