Pooch Hall could be facing some serious jail time after he was under the influence and let his 2-year-old son drive his car, resulting in a crash earlier this month. The Ray Donovan star could find himself behind bars for up to six years as a result of the October 3rd incident.
Following the accident where Hall’s son was found on his lap and not wearing a seat belt, Hall was arrested by Burbank PD and booked on child endangerment and a DUI. He was released from jail later on $100,000 bond. Hall’s son was released to his wife following the incident, however, DCFS has launched an investigation.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office has announced that Pooch, real name Marion Henry Hall, faces one felony count of child abuse and one misdemeanor count each of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol content.
Pooch Hall is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday and if found guilty, could face up to 6 years in state prison. In the meantime, the sixth season of Showtime’s Ray Donovan is scheduled to premiere on October 28th.
