Tiny’s Daughter Zonnique Reverses Her Eye Color Surgery After Almost Going Blind – “I’ve Never Liked To Recommend Anyone To Do It”
Back in 2014, Tiny Harris underwent eye surgery in Tunisia to permanently change the color of her eyes from brown to light gray. Shortly after, her eldest daughter Zonnique, followed suit and surgically changed her eye color to blue. However, just shy of four years post surgery, Zonnique says she was experiencing issues which caused her to decided to go back to her natural color.

Under one of Zonnique’s photos posted to Instagram, a fan asked her for advice about changing her eye color. She says that she wanted to travel to Kenya to get the procedure done but wanted to know Zonnique’s personal experience. Zonnique answered,
Well, I didn’t go to Kenya so I can’t say if it’s safe there or not, but I’ve never liked to recommend anyone to do it. I can say that my experience wasn’t the best in the long term but everyone is different. My mom’s are fine.
On T.I. & Tiny’s Friends & Family Hustle, Zonnique also discussed her surgery, explaining to her grandmother that the doctor’s urged her to reverse the surgery or she could go blind. She said,
My eye started bothering me, the doctor told me that you could possibly go blind.
The procedure, which includes surgically placing colored inserts into the eye, is not approved in the United States.
