Over the weekend, fans of the newly engaged and pregnant housewife were shocked and concerned after cast mate and friend, Nene Leakes shared a photo of Williams hooked to an IV while in a hospital bed. Details about why Williams went to the hospital have not been released, but she was able to return home to a bouquet of flowers.

The expecting mother shared the surprise on Instagram Wednesday evening, captioning the image,
