Mel B Hints Alleged Abusive Ex-Husband May Have Slashed Her Tires
Melanie Brown Hints That Abusive Ex-Husband May Have Slashed Her Tires
Melanie “Scary Spice” Brown’s past couple of years have been just that: scary. The Spice Girls singer/“America’s Got Talent” judge accused her now ex-husband, Stephen Belafonte, of years of gruesome physical and sexual abuse in 2017. Earlier this year, Mel B was ordered to pay Stephen $5,000 a month in child support for their daughter, Madison, and $15K in spousal support. Her abuse claims were even thrown out of court. But, Mel is hinting that her battle with her ex isn’t over.
She posted a photo on Instagram of her destroyed car tires with this caption, eluding that this may be a continuation of the alleged abuse she experienced with Stephen:
“@officialmelb Just when things are going sooo well,my car gets deliberately slashed, what dangerous sick person would do that to a mother who uses her car to drive her kids to school and back #stopabuse #stopbullying just #stop #monster #karma”
She later added details of the damage to the caption:
“when I took off my tyre to change it just now to my shock horror there were exactly 33 small knife slashes and 2 huge knife slashes all on the inside of the tyer soooo frightening on a different leval,me and my kids are safe thank god”
Singer Lil Mo randomly chimed in on the comments. She thinks that Mel slashed her own tires. Lil Mo commented:
“she did that sh*t herself!! why even post. call the cops or AAA keep it TF moving smh”
Does the fact that Melanie Brown’s abuse claims were thrown out of court mean Lil Mo was right?
