Chris Brown – Woman Accusing Singer Of Rape Says She Wasn’t Pressured Physically, But Was Under Great Psychological Pressure
New details have emerged following Chris Brown being accused of rape at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Paris. As previously reported, a 23-year-old French woman accused Brown and two of his associates of rape on the nights between Jan. 15 and 16. The lawyer for the accused woman who was remained unidentified, Franck Serfati, has provided details about the night in question.
Serfati clarified his client is indeed 23 and a student at a University, while adding she,
was not pressured physically [and also under] great psychological pressure [when the alleged] non-consensual sex [took place].
Serfati says the 23-year-old student was invited to nightclub Le Crystal with Brown and his friends on the evening of Jan. 15, a liaison between the student Brown connected the two. After the party was over a group of men and women went back to Brown’s suite and allegedly participated in drug use.
About 15 girls and five or six men…everybody rushed to take lines of cocaine.
While in the locked room, the student alleges Brown,
cornered her in a room that was locked. There were forced sexual relations and then he went to talk to other men – it was a masculine environment.
Paris authorities claim the investigation is still pending, but Brown was free to vacate the country on Tuesday. Since reports has been released, Brown has denied rape accusations.
