She announced the Greenprint Project, which is a play on words for her husband, Jay Z‘s record-breaking album series, “The Blueprint.” According to the diet system’s website, if more people incorporated a plant-based diet, it could have lasting positive affects on the planet. Beyoncé posted this advertisement for her 123 million Instagram followers. Queen Bey says that her greenprint is a plant-based breakfast, and no meat on Monday’s.
