Ariana Grande Rumored Not to Perform at 61st Grammys Over Song Dispute
Ariana Grande fans may be disappointed. Grande reportedly won’t be in attendance to the 61st Grammy Awards on Sunday (Feb. 10), due to having a conflict with Grammy producers. The “Sweetener” singer was slated to perform two songs, but it seems plans have changed, consequentially because Grande is not being allowed to perform songs of her choosing.

Reports claim, Grande felt “insulted” after producers refused to allow her to perform her most recent single “7 rings,” from her impending album “thank u, next.” The bickering pair were able to reach a consensus: where “7 Rings” would be part of a medley, but the second song would have to be of their choosing. In return, Grande pulled the plug altogether.
The “imagine” singer is nominated for two awards; Best Pop Solo Performance for her single “God Is A Woman,” and Best Pop Vocal Album for “Sweetener.”
