Update: Floyd Mayweather’s Baby Mama & Other NFL Exes Team Up For TV Project About Abuse, Evelyn Lozada Denies Involvement
Update 3:oo p.m. EST Evelyn Lozada’s team denies the reality star’s involvement in the show. Her team says,
Evelyn’s involvement in the documentary is absolutely FALSE. Producers from Kinetic Content (KC), reached out to us and proposed Evelyn’s possible participation in the upcoming project in early January 2019. After a preliminary discussion with KC, we respectfully declined their request—and have emails to and from KC that support our rejection of the offer.
Delicia Cordon also denies any involvement in the TV project.
In the wake of the Surviving R. Kelly, some former exes of prominent sports figures have teamed up for a potential new television project chronicling the abuse they suffered. The women include, Evelyn Lozada, Delicia Cordon, Josie Harris and Micaela Sanchez.
We all remember Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada’s short-lived marriage to Ex-NFL star Chad Ochocinco that ended due to his physical abuse towards her. Now, three other former girlfriends of sports stars have teamed up for a possible TV series detailing their experiences and current life.

The other women are Delicia Cordon, who’s suing NFL quarterback LeSean McCoy of pistol-whipping her, Josie Harris, mother of Floyd Mayweather’s children, who went to jail for abusing her and Micaela Sanchez, who has a child with NFL cornerback Jimmy Smith and is in a custody battle due to abuse claims.

The series is reportedly partially inspired by Lifetime’s six-part Surviving R. Kelly that aired earlier this year to massive ratings. The producers of this upcoming project are still looking for other women to join the series. Producers are also currently in the process of shopping the project to various TV networks and other digital media outlets in hopes of securing a deal to air the series.
Lozada is very familiar with reality TV audiences, courtesy of Basketball Wives and Livin’ Lozada. However, Harris has also appeared on reality TV before, she was a cast member on the short-lived TLC series Starter Wives Confidential back 2013. Cordon and Sanchez will be reality TV newbies if the series is picked up.
