Marques Houston Teases R&B Group Immature Reunion
The nostalgia train continues—and this time it’s from one of R&B’s biggest boy bands of the 90’s! Marques Houston, former lead singer of the popular group Immature, recently took to social media with news that is sure to delight fans of the group.
Back in the 90’s, R&B was filled with an overabundance of both male and female groups—and one of the more popular ones was Immature, comprised of Marques “Batman” Houston, Jerome “Romeo” Jones and Kelton “LDB” Kessee.
While Houston was keeping audiences entertained as a cast member on the hit TV series Sister, Sister with Tia and Tamera Mowry, he was also pulling double duty as the frontman for Immature. The group had countless hits before disbanding back in 2002, fortunately they remained friends.

This leads to the recent bout of exciting news for Immature fans—Houston recently put up a post on his Instagram page of Immature and simply asked,
“Are you ready for the @immatureofficialreunion?”
As expected, the comments were filled with excited fans who are already ready to buy their tickets.

Currently, there are no dates for the tour since it appears to be in the very early development stages. However, now that he has posted it on a public forum, it’s likely that more details are expected to follow.
