Kodak Black is still sparking controversy from jail. He released a freestyle while behind bars and after rapping about his experience in jail (like buying Charmin because the toilet paper was too rough), he threatened City Girls rapper Yung Miami. 

“And I bought Yung Miami a ring she wanted 808’s baby / When I see her I’m a hit that b*ch in her stomach / The way I keep this sh*t too real I’m f*ckin’ up my money.”

Kodak Black is in jail for allegedly lying on his gun applications. He’s being held without bail until his trial starts in September.  Judge Federico Moreno, who denied his request for bail, said he’s too much of a risk to be released before then.

“I’m very concerned with the type of guns he wanted to get a hold of … and that he has a prior [criminal history]. He was out on bond [from the South Carolina case], and he committed an offense. I think he’s a danger to the community because he wants to have access to guns.”

Meanwhile, he’s also being charged with first-degree sexual assault for allegedly assaulting a teenage girl in a South Carolina hotel room.
