Mystikal Falls On Stage During Concert, Releases Statement [VIDEO]

Mystikal might have been shaking it a little too fast. The rapper had to cut his concert short after he fell and hurt himself.

He was performing in Tampa Thursday when he fell off the stage. Reports say a drink was dropped on the platform and Mystikal slipped on it less than a minute after he hit the stage.

Concertgoers said he tried to fight through it and sat on the edge of the stage for 45 minutes.

One person said he claimed,

“Man, I need an ambulance.”

He eventually stopped performing less than halfway through the show as his team helped him walk off stage.

A clip on his Instagram shows that he went to the hospital and got crutches.

He wrote,

“Nothing broken or torn! Tampa Fl a night to remember! Thank y’all for having my back!”
