EXCLUSIVE: Quality Control Music Founder Pierre “Pee” Thomas’ Baby Mama Wants Him Jailed & Fined For Not Allowing Her To See Their Daughter

theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, Pierre “Pee” Thomas is in a legal battle with the mother of his oldest child, Ashley Lewis-Allen.

Pierre “Pee” Thomas co-founded Atlanta based record label Quality Control Music with Kevin “Coach K” Lee.

The label has many acts signed, including Migos, Lil Yachty, Lil Baby and Marlo.

The label also has Cardi B signed under a management deal, and Trippie Redd is signed to Solid Foundation, a management division of the label.

Pierre “Pee” Thomas and Ashley Lewis-Allen were never married and share a 12-year-old daughter, Journey.

In court documents filed last month in Georgia, Pierre “Pee” Thomas is being accused of violating the parental agreement established for their daughter. The music owner reportedly had physical custody of their daughter since 2013. The mother claims that he has not allowed her

“access to any of the minor child’s records and information pertaining to said minor child’s education, health, extra-curricular activities, or religious communications.”

Ashley Lewis-Allen also says that Pierre “Pee” Thomas has completely inhibited her from having any role in their daughter’s life at all and has never consulted with her on any issue at all for their daughter. Describing him as “a very wealthy man”, she accuses him of violating the Consent Final Order with impunity all of these years because she has never had the financial means to challenge him in court.

She claims that he has not allowed her to have any parenting time with their child whatsoever since December, 2017.

She’s asking the court to allow her to be awarded make-up parenting time with their child in the approximate amount of 1,218 days. She also wants him to be incarcerated for 20 days (for each instance of his repeated and continuous violations of the Consent Final Order in this case), as well as fined $1,000.00 as a punishment for each instance of Petitioner’s violations of the Consent Final Order. She’s requested that he pay her attorney fees as well.

Neither have addressed the legal battle publicly.
