Playboi Carti Drops Hints Of A New Release

Playboi Carti Drops Hints of A New Release In Less Than 48 Hours
Rapper Playboi Carti has posted very subliminal messages this week, sharing subtle hints of a possible second album reportedly titled Whole Lotta Red. The 23-year-old rapper (real name Jordan Carter), first posted on Tuesday (Oct. 15), sharing a series of photos on Instagram dressed in a black fur top, red pants which highlights his signature dirty, sporting blond dreadlocks. He suggested the wait may soon be over as he writes,
“him <3 red, incoming .”

Just a day later (Oct. 16th), Carti posted a second series of photos, adding more speculation to his second album release.
In the photos, dressed in all black, the Atlanta rapper shares a selfie revealing in less than 48-hours he has something cooking up. He writes,
“<48 hours! Locked in.”

He addressed completing his upcoming album this summer stating:
“I could be done if I wanted to. I’m just trying to top sh*t. I might make the hardest song ever tomorrow.”
Carti adds how he recorded a lot of music at his home, sitting at a massive wooden table with a microphone,
“I made so much shi*t right here for the new album.”
“It’s gotta be something I never heard before. I just be rapping. Every day I discover something new about myself, and I just do it.”

His second release has taken a back burner due to previous projects being plagued by over 20 leaks, including most recently “Butterfly Doors,” “Buffy the Body” and “Red on Red.”
