Kodak Black Hit With 2 More Gun Charges
Kodak Black Charged With Two More Gun Charges
Kodak Black’s legal woes continue.
Just after being sentenced to 46 months in prison for lying on a gun application earlier this year, the Miami rapper has been hit with two additional charges related to guns and weapons.
According to reports, he was charged with two felony gun charges from the Miami-Dade prosecutors.
The charges are sealed, so there isn’t much information made to the public about them. A worker at the Miami-Dade County felony records department said she was
“unable to discuss anything about the case.”
A representative for the State’s Attorney Office said that if sealed charges were filed,
“no one here could discuss the matter.”
Black’s legal team also hasn’t spoken out about the new charges.
Black was convicted after stating that he didn’t have any other indictments against him when filling out a gun application. Interestingly enough, he was up against sexual assault allegations in South Carolina, for alleging raping a teenage girl in a hotel room.
That case is still pending but he could get up to 30 years in jail.
Black has yet to speak out about his more than three-year sentencing. But he did post to Instagram just after it was announced,
“Hold It Down While I’m On Lock. Calling Shots From The Box #Literally “
