The mansion is reportedly surrounded by super tall 4.4 meter fences for privacy and security comfort. Drake was required to gain permission for these as residential homes are restricted to have fences that exceed two meters in height.
Drake’s luxury home designer and builder, Ferris Rafauli shared a clip via Instagram during the early stages of the multi-million dollar pad in 2018. In the video, Ferris Rafauli shares the exterior of the lavish mansion starting with Rafauli’s pages of blueprints to the details of the outside walls.
In addition, Drake mansion, which sits in his hometown, includes a basketball court, an elevator, a 10-car garage, four guest bedrooms, an awards room, a piano room, a screening room, a gym and a jersey room for his basketball memorabilia. Whew!
