Justin Bieber is revealing that he has Lyme disease.

Lyme disease, also known as Lyme borreliosis, is an infectious disease caused by the Borrelia bacterium which is spread by ticks.

The 25-year-old singer confirmed the news reposting a story circulating about his condition. Justin Bieber will provide further detail about his condition on his upcoming docu series. He says,

While a lot of people kept saying justin Bieber looks like shit, on meth etc. they failed to realize I’ve been recently diagnosed with Lyme disease, not only that but had a serious case of chronic mono which affected my, skin, brain function, energy, and overall health.
