Drake Shares Young Money Throwback Photo With Nicki Minaj [PHOTO]
Rapper Drake turned heads on Thursday (Jan. 9th) after he posted a throwback Young Money Records moment that dates back to his earlier days of fame. In the photo, he posed with Young Money labelmate Nicki Minaj, who wore her signature black bangs.

According to reports, Drake’s post comes as Nicki Minaj inches closer to dethroning him as the most streamed artist on Spotify.
Both artists hold more than 40 million monthly streams on the popular music platform. As of Thursday morning (Jan. 9), Nicki Minaj trailed Drake by just over 1 million monthly streams. Both artists sit outside the top 20 of all time, as Nicki holds the eighteenth spot and Drake is ranked 13th.

The former dynamic duo hit a crossroads soon after Nicki began dating Drake’s then rap rival, Meek Mill. When tensions turned high between the YM artist, both Nicki and Drake unfolllowed each other on Instagram.
They’re still not following one another on the social media app.
