Antonio Brown Reportedly Named A Suspect In Assault Against Truck Driver
As a lengthy list of bad news continues to grow for former NFL star receiver Antonio Brown, he and his trainer Glen Holt have now been named by Hollywood, Florida Police for their alleged involvement in a reported battering of a moving truck driver Tuesday (Jan. 21).
ESPN reporter Cameron Wolfe shared details of the incident on Twitter.

Glen Holt was reportedly the only person charged. He’s facing one count of felony burglary and battery. He was booked Tuesday (Jan. 21) evening while AB was only named a suspect. According to reports, AB is not in custody and has not been arrested.
However, HPD has reportedly added that the criminal investigation is ongoing. AB hired the moving truck to bring some of his belongings to his Hollywood home before the disturbance occurred.

AB’s home has encountered the presence of HPD on multiple occasions over the last few weeks. Several neighbors reportedly told ESPN they’ve been fed up with the antics coming from the AB’s home.

In his most recent moment, AB live-streamed the police outside of his home during a dispute with his ex and mother of his children, Chelsie Kyriss. He accused her of trying to steal his Bentley.
While on scene, Hollywood Police were greeted by the former NFL star with his over-the-top profanity aimed at the officers, dropping a staggering 14 f-bombs in the first 21 seconds of video. As the video continues, Chelsie Kyriss and two young kids take a seat in the back of a police car as AB screams outside of his front door,
“I’m telling you this is my f—–g car.”
Suspended NFL Star @AB84 just had an anti-white, anti-police outburst that he streamed live. The worst part is he did this in front of 2 little kids. As I said months ago, Antonio Brown needs psychiatric help and he needs it now. https://t.co/dH3QXkdCcs

To add insult to injury, just two days after AB’s shocking actions, Public Information Officer Christian Lata says the HPD’s athletic youth league will cut all ties with AB following his online rant. She said in a statement Jan. 15th:
“We made the decision to sever ties between Mr. Brown and the Hollywood Police Athletic League. We did not want our youth to be subject to this type of behavior nor emulate the actions of Mr. Brown.”
AB has been involved in a number of issues throughout the last year, which include sexual harassment claims from former employees, and him lashing out against his former employers and teammates. He also accused the New Orleans Saints of using his likeness for publicity when it offered him a workout amid his drama with the NFL.
