Rob Kardashian Accuses Blac Chyna Of ‘Carelessly’ Playing With His Gun, ‘Lunging’ At Him With A Charging Cord & Trying To Choke Him, Blac Chyna Wants Case Dismissed
Blac Chyna is slowly but surely chipping away at her legal troubles with the Kardashian family. Blac Chyna (real name, Angela Renee White) and Rob Kardashian dated for less than a year and share adorable three-year-old daughter, Dream Kardashian. But the world personally witnessed their tumultuous relationship on their short-lived reality show, “Rob & Chyna.”
The couple may have sparred verbally, but Chyna insists she never physically harmed him. Rob Kardashian’s 2017 lawsuit says otherwise, and the 31-year-old mother of two wants it completely dismissed. The lawsuit alleges, according to The Daily Mail,
“[Blac Chyna was] carelessly playing with Rob’s gun unaware if the gun was loaded or if the safety was on…[she] lunged towards Rob with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle Rob with the cord around his neck…[and] repeatedly struck him in the head and face.”
At this point, the couple and their daughter were living with Rob Kardashian’s sister Kylie Jenner. Blac Chyna moved out with Dream shortly after.
The suit also claims that during the fight in December of 2016, Chyna:
“…consumed a significant amount of drugs and alcohol.”
However, in her plea to the judge, Blac Chyna says that she had no intention of pulling the trigger and that Rob Kardashian knew the fight was “a joke.”
She’s also accused of pointing Kardashian’s gun in his direction during a FaceTime session with a couple of his friends. This was allegedly after she
“consumed a significant amount of drugs and alcohol.”
She wants the judge to throw out the lawsuit, claiming that there is no proof of Kardashian’s claims or injuries.
At the peak of the couple’s chaos, Rob posted sexually explicit photos of Blac Chyna on social media in July of 2017. Represented by Lisa Bloom, she fired back with her own lawsuit and a restraining order. The couple split for good just prior to that in February of 2017.
In the meantime, he’s been banned from Instagram.
